Signing up is free and easy! Simply create an account and you’ll start earning Style Points on every purchase.
How can I earn Style Points?
Earn Style Points when you shop, refer friends, celebrate your birthday, and more. Explore all the ways to earn on your Sockwell Rewards page.
How do I redeem my Style Points?
Log in to your account to view your available Style Points and rewards. When you’re ready to redeem, simply apply your Style Points at checkout.
Is there a minimum number of Style Points I need to redeem?
Yes. You’ll need at least 100 Style Points to start redeeming rewards. You can check your balance anytime on your Sockwell Rewards page.
Can I earn Style Points on sale or discounted items?
Yes! Style Points are earned based on your purchase total after discounts, so eligible sale and discounted purchases still earn Style Points.
Can I earn Style Points on purchases made before joining?
Style Points cannot be applied retroactively to purchases made before you joined Sockwell Rewards.
Where can I see my Style Points balance?
Log in to your account and visit your Sockwell Rewards page to see your current Style Points balance at the top.
Do my Style Points expire?
Style Points expire after 12 months of account inactivity. Earning or redeeming Style Points resets the 12-month period.
Do my rewards expire?
No. Once a reward has been activated in your account, it’s yours to use on a future eligible purchase.
Can I use my Style Points with a discount code?
No. Style Points cannot be combined with other promotions or discounts.
What happens to my Style Points if I return a purchase?
Style Points earned on returned items will be deducted from your balance once your return has been processed.
When will I receive my birthday reward?
Your birthday reward will be added to your account on your birthday. If you add your birthday within one day of the date, your reward will be issued on your birthday the following year.
I forgot to use my Style Points at checkout. Can they be applied after I place my order?
Style Points cannot be applied to an order after it has been placed, but they’ll remain in your account for a future eligible purchase.
