Share your unique referral link with friends. When a new customer makes their first purchase over $50 through your referral, they’ll receive a discount and you’ll earn a reward.
How do I get my referral link?
Log in to your account and head to the Referrals section. Your unique referral link will be ready to copy and share.
How do I refer a friend?
Simply share your unique referral link with friends and family. When they open the link, they’ll receive a discount code to use on their first purchase over $50.
Is there a limit to how many friends I can refer?
No! Refer as many friends as you’d like and earn a reward for every successful referral.
How does my friend receive their discount?
When your friend opens your referral link, they’ll receive a discount code that can be applied at checkout on their first purchase over $50.
Can I refer someone who is already a customer?
No. The referral program is designed for new customers who haven’t previously placed an order with Sockwell.
My friend forgot to use my referral link. Can they still receive the discount?
The discount must be claimed through your unique referral link and applied at checkout. It cannot be added after an order has been placed.
Can I use my own referral link?
No. Referral links are intended to introduce new customers to Sockwell and cannot be used on your own account.
How will I know when my referral is successful?
We’ll send you an email once your friend completes their qualifying first purchase through your referral.
When will I receive my referral reward?
Your reward will be issued after your friend completes their qualifying first purchase. If their order is later canceled or returned, the reward may be removed.
How do I track my referrals?
Enter your name and email above and select My Stats. From there, you can send yourself an email with your referral activity and stats.
What if my referral link isn’t working?
Try copying your unique link directly from the Referrals section of your account. If you’re still having trouble, contact our customer service team at orders@sockwellusa.com and we’ll be happy to help.
Why didn’t I receive a reward for my referral?
A referral may not qualify if your friend has previously purchased from Sockwell, the order doesn’t meet the referral program requirements, or the referral is flagged by our fraud-prevention system. If you believe your referral should have qualified, contact our customer service team at orders@sockwellusa.com and we’ll be happy to take a look.
Can my referral link be used with another discount code?
No. Referral discounts can’t be combined with other discounts, offers, or promotions.
Can my referral link be used with another discount code?
Referral discounts expire after 12 months of account inactivity.
